He was awarded the Jeff Crouch scholarship in 2004-5 to Boston and Toronto in Interventional Radiology. Dr. Fasulakis has combined accreditation in the field of endovascular interventional radiology and cardiac CT (level B).
He is a member of the International Spinal Intervention Society and the Radiological Society of North America. He is a fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Phlebologists.
